Drift detection and moving a Compose stack between machines without losing history.

Scope (spec, "Implementation phases" 5)

  • Drift = actual_ref ≠ desired_ref; shown in UI with "restore desired" / "accept running"; never corrected automatically
  • "Moved from A?" suggestion when exactly one matching service disappears on one agent and appears on another; Merge moves history, mode and desired_ref

Depends on phase 4.
