Master and per-machine agents that show every service on every machine live in the web UI, behind Authentik login. Nothing can be updated yet; today's cmd/server keeps handling updates.

Scope (spec, "Implementation phases" 1)

  • Wire protocol, pinned-key TLS (MASTER_KEY), per-agent tokens
  • Agent: inventory (Compose, Swarm on managers, plain containers), Docker event debounce, reconnect with backoff
  • Master: Postgres store, agent hub, SSE change broker, OIDC login with ALLOWED_GROUP + CSRF
  • UI: Overview and Agents pages (add agent → compose snippet, revoke)

Done when the manual smoke test at the end of the plan passes against the real Authentik and at least swarm-mgr plus the machine running slusk.
