Detect new versions of images we do not build, and pick any recently seen version (rollback).

Scope (spec, "Implementation phases" 4)

  • image_versions table fed by webhook, polling and running inventory
  • Master polls every distinct repo:tag (incl. repo:tag@digest) with go-containerregistry, POLL_INTERVAL default 6h, credentials from a mounted Docker config.json
  • Bare repo@digest is flagged "follows no tag"
  • Version picker (10 most recent) on the Service page
  • Verify whether HEAD requests count against Docker Hub rate limits

Depends on phase 3.
